Kathleen Hager, DO


Kathleen Hager, DO, is specialty-trained in Internal and Geriatric Medicine, providing comprehensive treatment for all types of senior health and geriatric conditions. As a geriatric physician, Kathleen focuses on health problems that frequently affect older adults, such as pain, falls, memory loss, and medication side-effects. 
Dr. Hager earned her degree at Marshall University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Dietetics. She later completed medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine before serving as the chief resident at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital in Parkersburg, West Virginia. She completed her geriatric medicine fellowship at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. 
Dr. Hager takes the time to get to know her patients to provide the best care possible. She provides a complete geriatric assessment of her patients and takes the time to establish a relationship, while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. She also educates patients and their families about how to stay healthy and improve quality of life. Away from her practice, Dr. Hager enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
